## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data. This role is ideal for candidates beginning their analytics career who want to develop foundational skills., * 0-2 years of relevant experience or internships

 * Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and/or Python/R
 * Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Good communication skills
 * Execute with a Sense of Urgency
 * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, andpersonal data.
 * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
 * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
 * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in theUnited States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

 * Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, or related field
 * Internship or academic project experience
 * Basic understanding of databases and data structures
 * Exposure to data cleaning and visualization techniques
