Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA Network+ certification. * Experience within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. * Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance reporting systems. Work Schedule * Full-time, onsite position. * Training conducted during day shift hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). * Rotating schedule includes alternating weekends, holidays, and extended shift coverage as part of a 24/7 operations team. Additional Information * Contract-to-hire opportunity. * Candidates must be able to work onsite; remote work is not available. * Successful completion of required background screening is required. ## Description We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to support the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise-wide voice and data networks. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of LAN/WAN environments by proactively monitoring network alerts, responding to incidents, and coordinating issue resolution with technical support teams. This is a hands-on operational support position in a fast-paced, 24/7 network environment requiring strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.
