## Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team! This role provides technical support within a HIPAA-regulated environment to the Information Technology Department, assisting users and maintaining technology equipment across agency locations from North Smithfield to Westerly, Rhode Island.

This position delivers comprehensive and reliable support to computer and network users under direct supervision. Will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software as needed. Supports and manages user account information, including access rights, security, and system group memberships. Also assists with the implementation and deployment of new systems, software, and hardware., * Microsoft, VMWare, Android, IOS

 * Client Server Domain environment
 * Dell Sonic Wall Firewalls / VPN
 * Server and network maintenance, Active Directory, NTFS permissions, DNS, DHCP, Avast Antivirus, Email, etc.
 * Barracuda Web Filter and Backup
 * Dell Desktops & Laptop Computers
 * Wireless Connectivity / Routers/ Access Points
 * Microsoft Office Suite
 * Printers / Fax machines / Scanners / Projectors
