## About the Role

 * Organizational and time management skills
 * Good written and verbal communication skills
 * Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work day/projects independently
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 * Computer literate (Solidworks, Cadkey, Windows, MS office, E-mail, Internet)
 * Knowledge of Unigraphics a plus, * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and/or 5 years of experience with advanced knowledge, obtained usually through a combination of experience and continuing education

Ø CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIRED:

 * Valid Driver's license

## Description

* Develop project objectives by reviewing customer job files
 * Determine project schedule by calculating time requirements
 * Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems
 * Prepare model and drawings for manufacturing department
 * Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects
 * Ensure effective engineering and customer communications
 * Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal ITAR regulations

 * Assume other responsibilities as required

Ø PRIMARY PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS:

 * Meet the required delivery dates for all assigned jobs

 * Meet customer delivery requirements

 * Meet quality requirements of all assigned processes
