Responsibilities include: automating purchasing/supplier email workflows in Outlook/365; owning our Kanban-based inventory replenishment process; designing barcode/QR-code scanning for receiving and cycle counts; building lightweight database-backed web apps for inventory and staff use; keeping data consistent between QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, Excel, and new tools; evaluating/leading a manufacturing ERP implementation; evaluating/implementing a CRM for commercial clients and projects; managing Windows server/shop computer infrastructure.
