 * Outgoing & able to greet people with a smile - dressed appropriately and presentable to serve as the face of the KW New Orleans office
 * Excellent communicators, comfortable speaking with customers, agents, and vendors over phone and email
 * Able to exude luxury-level hospitality and welcome every guest warmly
 * Detail-oriented, especially when preparing and maintaining the office
 * Basic computer skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Instagram/Facebook). No experience with design or marketing tools needed - we'll train you on Canva, GoHighLevel, Claude, Adobe and more!, * Education: High school or equivalent
 * Experience: 1 year of relevant experience (Required)
 * Language: English (Required)
 * License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred)
