Dedicated to giving our clients the highest level of customer service experience and exceptional support. RMTT has been in business for more than 20 years serving clients ranging from small to medium sized businesses, Dental and other professional practices. We are seeking an Onsite IT Systems Support Technician to join our team. The MSP / IT Systems Support Technician will provide onsite IT support with exceptional customer service to clients in the Denver Metro Front Range area and may be required to assist clients from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins and beyond. This specific position will serve as a lead technician on accounts in the south Denver metro area including Littleton, Centennial, Castle Rock and occasionally Colorado Springs areas. Previous experience with Dental clients is highly valuable. Experience with the following technologies is required: Firewalls, vLANS, smart switches, VPN technology, Wireless networks and network configurations. Strong Windows desktop experience, experience with 365 administration including implementation and migrations. Strong Windows Server experience including implementation, migration and administration of Windows Server Domains and Active Directory. Previous IT Support/MSP experience is highly preferred.
