## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
 * 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
 * Experience as a functional application specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Payroll module. Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead with proven experience implementing the Oracle Cloud Payroll module. The Payroll Lead is responsible for guiding clients through end-to-end implementation activities, including system familiarization, requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing cycles, cutover activities, and post go-live support. This role also requires the ability to effectively manage and mentor junior and/or offshore resources supporting the payroll module implementation
 * Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
 * The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
 * Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
 * Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
 * Flexible living locations in the U.S.
