## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

 * Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence

 * Minimum of three years supporting reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

 * Data analysis and visualization

 * Development of performance metrics and reporting frameworks

 * Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
 * Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making

## Description

The successful candidate will bring significant data analytics or business intelligence experience, including hands-on experience supporting dashboards, reporting, performance metrics, and data visualization., The Senior Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst will:
Perform data analysis and visualization supporting CI-ISE and HSIN-CI program operations.

 * Develop and maintain program performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

 * Analyze available program, platform, stakeholder, and operational data to identify trends and actionable insights.

 * Support performance measurement and assessment of program effectiveness.

 * Develop dashboards and reporting products using business intelligence tools.

 * Support recurring Government reporting requirements and performance reviews.

 * Track and report key performance indicators and program outcomes.

 * Translate quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights for Government decision-making.

 * Support identification of process improvements and updated best practices based on performance data.

 * Collaborate with program management, technical, platform, and stakeholder engagement personnel to identify meaningful measures of program performance.

 * Support data-driven evidence of program success and continuous improvement.

 * Develop clear visualizations and reporting products appropriate for Government and executive-level audiences.
