## About the Role

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

 * 5 years of experience in program management.
 * Experience with physical infrastructure hardware, including the development of cooling systems (e.g., chip-level, rack-level, or liquid cooling) or power distribution systems (e.g., rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs) or busbars).
 * Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)., * Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
 * 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
 * Experience developing physical infrastructure systems, particularly cooling systems (including chip-level cooling technologies) or power distribution systems.
 * Experience with high-speed cabling and interconnects.
 * Experience managing third-party development and manufacturing activities.

## Description

* Partner with key engineering leads/stakeholders, contributing to Platforms Physical Infrastructure road map by program managing projects, organizing cross-project work within the programs, and defining program controls, governance, and standards.
 * Lead the development and landing of next-generation Physical Infrastructure products by managing programs through the NPI product life-cycle process from concept to production and sustaining.
 * Engage with executives and cross-functional leaders to drive elements of the Physical Infrastructure road map.
 * Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis, drive decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
