## About the Role

* 5 7+ years of hands-on Data Engineering or similar experience
 * Advanced SQL skills with experience developing complex queries and transformations
 * Strong, hands-on experience with DBT
 * Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data integration
 * Experience designing and building production-grade data pipelines
 * Experience with modern cloud data platforms; Azure experience is preferred
 * Experience with technologies such as Snowflake and/or Databricks
 * Familiarity with orchestration technologies such as Airflow, Tidal, or similar tools
 * Understanding of CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and production deployment processes
 * Ability to independently own technical work throughout the development lifecycle
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
 * Experience working in healthcare or another regulated environment is a plus
