 * Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong presentation, documentation, and organizational skills.
 * Experience leading or overseeing technical teams through project lifecycles., * Experience working within the credit union or banking industry.
 * Experience supporting core banking applications in production environments.
 * Strong understanding of financial services business processes.
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with 12-15 years of experience in COBOL-based mainframe development and strong expertise in FIS Core Banking Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RM, GN, IM, AM, and SC modules and will be responsible for developing, supporting, troubleshooting, and managing core banking applications., * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCL.

 * Develop and implement solutions following established SDLC methodologies.
 * Provide expert-level technical support for FIS Core Banking Systems, including RM, GN, IM, AM, and SC.
 * Analyze and resolve production incidents and application issues using a proactive ownership approach.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical problems and identify root causes and appropriate solutions.
 * Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
 * Direct and oversee technical teams throughout project lifecycles when required.
 * Quickly adapt priorities based on changing business and project needs.
 * Present technical findings, analysis, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
 * Maintain strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational standards.
