Ability and willingness to take on technical leadership responsibilities when required. Experience working with pharmacy claims adjudication and claims processing systems. Strong knowledge of Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes and applications. Experience analyzing and modifying complex claims processing logic and business rules. Experience supporting integrations between RxCLAIM/AS400 applications and downstream healthcare systems. ## Description Design, develop, modify, and enhance applications using SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, and DB2/400. Develop and support RxCLAIM / pharmacy claims adjudication functionality and related business processes. Analyze and enhance complex claim processing logic, including business rules and system workflows. Develop and maintain integrations with downstream healthcare and PBM systems. Perform major enhancements and modifications to existing healthcare applications. Maintain, modernize, and improve existing AS/400 applications while developing new solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production and application issues. Investigate system defects, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
