 * Experience with testing, upgrades, implementations, and production support
 * Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

 * Epic Grand Central certification strongly preferred
 * Experience with Epic Prelude and/or Cadence
 * Experience supporting Epic implementations or optimization projects
 * Experience in large or complex hospital environments
 * Epic certification in related modules is a plus

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Epic's Grand Central application. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of patient access, ADT, registration, and hospital workflows, and will collaborate closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders., * Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Grand Central functionality based on business and operational requirements

 * Support ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) and patient access workflows
 * Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
 * Gather, document, and translate business requirements into Epic system solutions
 * Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution or coordinate with appropriate teams
 * Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, testing, and new functionality rollouts
 * Develop and execute test plans including unit, integrated, regression, and UAT
 * Collaborate with Epic application teams including Prelude, Cadence, Orders, and clinical/inpatient modules
 * Create and maintain documentation, workflow diagrams, configuration specs, and support procedures
 * Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer as needed
 * Participate in go-live, deployment, and post-production support activities
