 * 10+ years in Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure services) in a highly regulated field such as insurance or finance.
 * 5+ years of experience in application development role.
 * 4+ years of experience in a management role.
 * Experience in software development methodologies, version control, and testing practices.
 * Ability to multi-task, team player with a focus on results and fostering strong relationships with various leaders.
 * Demonstrated strong managerial, supervisory, team management and leadership skills with a proven track record of success.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and web technologies
 * Possesses a wide range of knowledge to support various corporate business functions.

## Description

* Define priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of system changes, enhancements, and issue resolutions.
 * Manage vendor relationships.
 * Work cross-functionally to understand business priorities and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
 * Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and SOX/ internal audit requirements.
 * Work on system performance improvement and process improvement initiatives.
 * Describe structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
 * Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
 * Ensure system stability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and support.
 * Develop resource and capacity plans aligned with business objectives.
 * Establish and enforce development policies, processes, and quality assurance standards.
