 * 4+ years military technical experience OR 2+ years industry experience.

## Description

* Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS, PDU, power products, and battery systems (2-120 KVA).
 * Provide on-site and remote customer support.
 * Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
 * Complete service reports, inventory tracking, and administrative documentation.
 * Follow safety procedures and meet customer response-time requirements.
