 * Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications
 * Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions.
 * Lead implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization activities.
 * Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services.
 * Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security improvements.
 * Implement Pega best practices, guardrail compliance, and reusable framework components.
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
 * Partner with business, QA, platform, and vendor teams to accelerate solution delivery.
 * Strong expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations.
 * Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration.
 * Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale Pega applications.
 * Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities
 * Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
 * Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, QA, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams.
 * Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications

 * Master's degree preferred but not required
 * Financial Services / AML / KYC domain experience
 * Experience with Pega Constellation, Blueprint, and GenAI capabilities.
 * Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred
