We are seeking a skilled Regional Service Technician specializing in Printer Hardware to join our dynamic team.  * Strong understanding of computer hardware, schematics, and IT systems related to printing solutions
 * Proficiency in software troubleshooting for printer drivers, firmware, and network configurations
 * Ability to use hand tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance tasks
 * Knowledge of computer networking principles including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and wireless connectivity
 * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals
 * Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
 * Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
 * Valid driver's license required for travel within the assigned region

## Description

* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of printer hardware at client sites within the assigned region
 * Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic tools
 * Conduct equipment repairs utilizing hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance
 * Diagnose and resolve computer networking issues related to printer connectivity and integration
 * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions promptly
 * Document service activities accurately in company systems and maintain detailed service reports
 * Follow safety protocols during all field service activities to ensure a secure working environment
 * Maintain inventory of parts and tools required for on-site repairs
