Administering Microsoft physical and virtual servers and Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access controllers, and VPNs required. As well as compliance with security standards and policies following ITIL, NERC, & NIST SP 800-53, SP 800-171, SP 800-172 Standards * Customer Service- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. * English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Preferred Qualifications: * Valid driver's license * Microsoft MCSA, Cisco CCNA and a network/cyber security certification equal to Network+ required. * CISCO CCNA with Cisco CCNP certifications ## Description As an Information Technology Network Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and decommissioning IT/OT network(s) for the business. Their duties include using their IT knowledge to maintain and monitor the company's routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and VoIP services. Coordinate with company leadership to identify network needs and aid employees and other IT members on how to use the network effectively and securely.
