Active duty military exempt from radius requirements., * Experience supporting thermal management, power distribution, or control system products * Hands-on experience with prototype development and engineering validation testing * Comfortable using standard laboratory equipment. * Experience building and testing prototype hardware and systems * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions * Experience with serial data, power, and sensor cable fabrication and quality verification * Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues during board bring-up, integration, and validation activities * Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities ## Description Boyd's Advanced Cooling Division, located in Fredericksburg, VA, develops innovative thermal management solutions for enterprise and aerospace/defense applications. The Test Engineer is responsible for assembling, modifying, testing, and evaluating electrical and mechanical systems related to thermal management, control systems, and power distribution. This role plays a critical part in prototype development, qualification testing, and product validation activities.
