Preferred Skills * Experience with additional agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI. * Background in Power Platform administration, governance, or toolkit deployment. * Familiarity with MCP servers, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns. * Experience with AI observability, tracing, Application Insights, and monitoring dashboards. * Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including content safety, PII handling, and prompt injection defenses. * Exposure to customer-facing AI platforms such as Sierra AI or similar tools. * Experience creating training programs, developer guides, or template libraries for technical enablement. * Master's degree in a relevant discipline. This role blends hands-on engineering with platform enablement, helping shape how intelligent agents are built, governed, and scaled across the organization.
