## Description

* The Technical Lead will be a hands-on Engineer who will also own architecture, integration design, engineering standards, code quality, and technical delivery for a Java/Spring Boot microservice supporting the Debt Management System platform., * Lead technical design for Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and service integrations.
 * Guide code quality, pull request reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices.
 * Own integration patterns with downstream services, OAuth2/Keycloak security, RabbitMQ messaging, and Oracle/JPA persistence.
 * Partner with product, QA, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver production-ready capabilities.
 * Mentor engineers and translate business requirements into clear technical implementation plans.
