 * Install, configure, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot Siebel environments
 * Administer Siebel Server, Gateway, and Enterprise Server components
 * Monitor system performance and perform performance tuning
 * Manage migrations using the Siebel Migration tool
 * Support production incidents and end users
 * Perform backup/recovery and log analysis
 * Troubleshoot server crashes, Object Manager issues, and integration failures
 * Manage SSL certificates and maintain technical documentation
