## Description

* Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade insurance applications using Java full stack technologies, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platforms.
 * Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
 * Lead end-to-end full stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and UI frameworks like React or Angular.
 * Define and drive microservices-based architecture and API strategy.
 * Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
 * Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS using EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS.
 * Build scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices architectures.
 * Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
 * Define solution architecture, integration patterns, and system workflows.
 * Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical planning.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Integrate with insurance platforms such as Guidewire.
 * Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Ensure code quality through testing, automation, and reviews.
