 * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client relationships.
 * Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.

## Description

* Manage and review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
 * Supervise, train, and mentor staff and seniors on tax projects and career development.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients-responding to inquiries, providing tax planning guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.
 * Conduct tax research and stay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
 * Participate in strategic planning and contribute to firm growth initiatives.
 * Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and government regulations., Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
