 * DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid proficiency with Docker containerization, Git version control, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
 * Data Integration: Comfortable integrating backend logic with modern cloud data systems (e.g., Snowflake, relational databases) and application monitoring suites (Splunk).
 * Soft Skills: Outstanding professional communication habits, an independent working style, and the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly to technical panels.

 * Process Engines: Exposure to decision-table frameworks.

Interview Process

 * Single Round Panel: A 1-round technical panel interview with the team leads and hiring manager. No live coding exercises required; the evaluation will focus strictly on system design, technical depth, past project execution, and communication.

## Description

* Core Backend Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-performance backend microservices and application engines using Core Java (70%+ of the daily workload; no UI development required).
 * Business Engine Automation: Write clean, modular code to influence complex business processes, translate business requirements into programmatic logic, and configure custom business rules tables (e.g., Camunda DFI/DFRA).
 * Cloud Ingestion & Orchestration: Build and support scalable, cloud-native event streams utilizing AWS Lambdas and AWS Fargate containers.
 * Platform Stability & Optimization: Monitor application health, troubleshoot backend execution issues, identify root causes, and optimize performance under high transactional volumes.
 * Agile Integration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
