Candidates will deploy Windows laptops, assist users during device transitions, validate application functionality, provide in-person technical support, manage asset inventory, and support migration events. Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, device deployments, hardware refresh projects, and customer-facing support required. Travel between office locations may be required., The PC Deployment & Migration Technician supports enterprise workstation migration and device deployment initiatives. This role is responsible for preparing, deploying, configuring, validating, and supporting laptops, desktop computers, peripherals, and related end-user technology.
