WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other scientific or technical discipline directly related to this labor category (or additional equivalent experience in lieu of a degree) * 10+ years of working experience managing server and support services, including at least 3 years in an IT outsourcing environment to manage Contractor Personnel performance of the Services. * ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certified * Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to interact professionally with executives, customers, vendors and department staff * Project management experience is a plus * U.S. Citizenship and background investigation is required; you must have a current clean financial background. * This position is onsite in Washington DC 8-5 M-F.
