## About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP PLM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing consulting team. In this role, you will help design, configure, and support SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions ., * Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, implementation, and support.

 * Methodology: Familiarity with full life-cycle SAP implementations .
 * Core Expertise: Working knowledge of SAP PLM, Document Management System (DMS), and engineering change management processes.
 * Technical Acumen: Ability to write clear functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
 * Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team player mindset.

## Description

* Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, perform gap analyses, and translate requirements into functional design specifications.
 * System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP PLM and related modules to align with client business processes.
 * Data Migration & Integration: Assist in designing data migration strategies from legacy systems and support the integration of SAP with CAD tools and other enterprise systems.
