Its a one-person function today, and the roadmap has outgrown what one person can execute alone. As GTM Systems Manager, youll build inside an existing architecture, take ownership of well-scoped workstreams, and grow into more ambiguous, higher-stakes systems problems as you prove yourself out. ️ What Youll Do * Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns * Own production support: triage outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating inside SLA * Keep LeanData routing graphs (Lead, Contact, Account) accurate as the business changes * Run the enrichment stack day to day, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene * Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration * Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk * Close out well-defined tickets on the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration with Engineering What Were Looking For * Youve spent 5 to 7 years deep in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems, and admin fundamentals, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, sandbox-to-production change management, are second nature * You can pick up an existing architecture and build cleanly inside it without needing to redesign it first * Day-to-day admin, ticket triage, and production support dont feel like a step down to you * Your changes dont break things, and when they do, you catch it in sandbox before it ships * You use AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor as a daily operating tool, not an occasional novelty * You want a path from well-defined execution today toward architecture ownership tomorrow Nice to have * Salesforce Administrator certification * Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms * Exposure to a Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integration * Background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models This role is not for you if * You want to define architecture on day one; this role builds within existing patterns and earns ownership over time * Youd rather advise than execute; this is hands-on configuration and admin work, not a strategy seat * You see production support and ticket triage as beneath you ## Related Videos - [Integrate your Cognitive Assistant with 3rd-party DBs and software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/249-integrate-your-cognitive-assistant-with-3rd-party-dbs-and-software) - [Developing the Rich Text Editor for DeepL.com](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1172-developing-the-rich-text-editor-for-deepl-com) - [From Global Capability Centers to AI-Powered Command Centers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100096-from-global-capability-centers-to-ai-powered-command-centers) - [Designing and Deploying Distributed Multimodal Multi-Agent Systems with Google's AI Stac](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1976-designing-and-deploying-distributed-multimodal-multi-agent-systems-with-google-s-ai-stac) - [Using all the HTML, Running State of the Browser and "Modern" is Rubbish](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1291-using-all-the-html-running-state-of-the-browser-and-modern-is-rubbish) - [Is the web ready for voice user interfaces?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1142-is-the-web-ready-for-voice-user-interfaces) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Dev Digest 137 - AI'm not sure about this](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/485-dev-digest-137-ai-m-not-sure-about-this) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Graph and AI Trends 2026: Why Is AI Running but Not Yet Delivering?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/680-graph-and-ai-trends-2026-why-is-ai-running-but-not-yet-delivering) - [Dev Digest 129 - Now that's what I call private data!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/468-dev-digest-129-now-that-s-what-i-call-private-data)
