## About the Role

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience working with ticketing systems and end-user support.

Preferred

 * Experience with Munis ERP.
 * Experience supporting other ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Infor, JD Edwards, or similar systems.
 * SQL knowledge and experience writing or troubleshooting queries.
 * Understanding of database concepts, data management, and reporting.
 * Experience working with ERP integrations and data imports/exports.

## Description

We are seeking a Database Administrator / ERP Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. This role will be responsible for managing ERP-related support requests, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating escalations, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the ERP platform. Experience with Munis is strongly preferred; however, candidates with administration experience supporting other ERP systems will also be considered., * Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP-related support tickets and user requests.

 * Review, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues when possible.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate vendors, support teams, or internal resources as needed.
 * Monitor ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Collaborate with end users to understand system challenges and provide timely resolutions.
 * Assist with ERP system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
 * Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
 * Support data integrity efforts and assist with reporting and data management initiatives.
 * Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, human resources, and other business units to support ERP functionality.
 * Participate in projects involving ERP enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
