Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Google Public Sector, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, centred on ensuring we meet our contractual obligations and build enduring trust with our clients. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role is essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that our products and infrastructure are built to scale, meet the highest standards of development excellence and ensure that we deliver on the promises made, and that our obligations are met. At this level, you are expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and navigate significant ambiguity. You will not only manage programs but also shape the strategic direction of your area, influencing development roadmaps, maintaining compliance with our commitments and obligations and driving expanded impact across multiple teams. You will lead by example, mentoring junior TPMs and fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational efficiency.
