* Understanding of financial markets at a high level, preferably licensed with a Series 7, and 66.
 * Willing to work towards a CFP but not required
 * Proven experience in client relationship management within wealth management or financial services sectors.
 * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 * Proficiency in using AI toolsets (Chat GPT)
 * Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-to engage clients clearly and professionally.
 * Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions to achieve shared goals.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for documentation, reporting, and analysis purposes.
 * Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision making.
 * Experience managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and solving client issues efficiently.

## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relationship Consultant specializing in Wealth Management to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for HNW and UHNW clients, delivering exceptional service while fostering long-term relationships. Your expertise in client account management, sales, and customer relationship management systems will drive client satisfaction and loyalty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment that values innovation, data-driven decision making, and personalized client experiences.

 * There is no prospecting expectation or metric assigned to this role. However it is very client facing and Zoom Meeting heavy.Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, manage accounts, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Advisor, CSAs, and lending specialists to deliver comprehensive client service strategies.
 * Process client orders and requests efficiently using order processing tools while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
 * Conduct analysis of client data to identify opportunities for improve the client's portfolio
 * Support internal communication efforts by providing timely updates on client account statuses and feedback.
 * Resolve customer service issues promptly through problem-solving skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients at every touchpoint.
