develop technical documentation, SOPs, and governance artifacts, and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to support stakeholder adoption and audit readiness * Build and maintain standard templates, custom reports, and executive dashboards that communicate key performance indicators - including training completion trends, compliance gaps, and workload-per-FTE metrics - to inform VA senior leadership and Secretary-level reporting * Perform rigorous quality checks on all visual outputs to verify correctness, accuracy, and alignment with business needs before delivery to VHA leadership * Maintain and update existing dashboards in response to stakeholder feedback, new data sources, or evolving reporting requirements;
