## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required with at least 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

 * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

 * Working experience in Financial Modeling, Business Case Development, Forecasting, Sensitivity Analysis, Linear Modeling, Machine Learning.

 * Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver accurate reporting to internal and external customers, including senior leadership.

Qualifications We Prefer:

 * Strong data analytics skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or team at all levels.

 * Organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication.

## Description

The team will be responsible for all analytical, financial, operational, and contracting activities required to progress from today's pre-Head of Agency (HOA) state through a negotiated Multi Year Procurement (MYP) agreement., * Financial modeling and scenario analysis.

 * Pricing and estimating (ROM and formal proposal).

 * Volume and demand planning.

 * Investment and capacity modeling.

 * Supply chain integration and supplier flowdown.

 * Contract T&Cs strategy and proposal development.

 * Cross-functional integration across Ops, SC, Finance, Programs, and Sustainment.

 * Support for executive briefings.
