This is a high performing, collaborative team where you'll think like an adversary, turning small flaws into full-on breaches. This isn't your typical role. They need someone who has specialized in manual, adversarial testing and Red Team practices, and are comfortable with open-world testing - endpoint evasion, escalation, and lateral movement, not just following the steps set forth in the training book. Ideal candidates also have consulting experience, or can bring a depth of experience in various industries, and have a larger community presence, whether that's on LinkedIn or attending conferences.
