## About the Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 * Strong experience in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification preferred
 * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including:
 * Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement
 * Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as:
 * Jira
 * Confluence
 * Strong understanding of:
o Agile Metrics and Reporting
o Velocity Tracking
o Burndown/Burnup Charts
o Sprint Health Monitoring
o Release Planning

 * Knowledge of SDLC, Software Delivery Lifecycle, and Release Management processes
 * Experience in stakeholder communication and coordination across Business, Product Owners, Development,
QA, and Architecture teams

 * Strong risk, dependency, and impediment management skills
 * Experience in participating and contributing in PI planning
 * Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
 * Exposure to Banking, Payments, Lending, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domain is preferred

## Description

* Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
 * Guide Agile teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values.
 * Ensure sprint objectives and delivery commitments are achieved within timelines.
 * Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, story refinement, and release planning.
 * Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
 * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
 * Mentor teams in Agile maturity and help drive Agile transformation initiatives.
 * Identify, track, and remove project impediments affecting team productivity.
 * Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
 * Escalate critical delivery issues and provide mitigation plans to leadership
 * Track and report Agile delivery metrics
Salary Range- $110,000-$140,000 a year
