## Description

Hospitality client seeking an IT Support Technician to support technology operations at its Las Vegas resort and casino properties. This role provides desktop support, networking assistance, project support, and regional technology support for nearby locations throughout the western United States., * Provide technical support for end users, business systems, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Support network infrastructure and wireless networking initiatives.
 * Perform structured cabling and connectivity troubleshooting.
 * Work with ServiceNow tickets and support requests.
 * Support ongoing infrastructure and technology upgrade projects.
 * Collaborate with on-site IT teams while maintaining ownership of assigned systems and support responsibilities.
 * Travel to regional Westgate properties as needed for deployments, upgrades, and support activities.
 * Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer service to resort staff.
