Python (Programming Language), TEKsystems is looking for a Program/Project Manager with experience large data engineering and data migration projects. The position requires three days onsite in Dearborn, Michigan., * Serve as technical lead for data engineering, owning architecture and delivery

 * Design and implement scalable data pipelines and models on GCP

 * Lead migration from Alteryx to GCP-based ETL and reporting

 * Define data engineering standards and best practices

 * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions

 * Lead and mentor distributed data engineering teams

 * Ensure data quality and integrity across systems

 * Heavily leverage Python, SQL and GCP's native data services

 * Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

 * Identify risks and lead mitigation strategies, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
