Requirements * Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or technical support within a business setting. * Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments. * Working knowledge of core network services and troubleshooting, including DNS, DHCP, switching, wireless connectivity, and general connectivity issues. * Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, desktop, and access-related problems for both technical and non-technical users. * Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies such as VMware and Microsoft Azure. * Experience with networking technologies and tools, including Cisco environments, Meraki, and SD-WAN solutions. * Scripting exposure with PowerShell, Python, or similar tools, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
