Preferred Qualifications * Experience with platforms such as Pega Customer Decision Hub, Zeta Marketing Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer/Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Financial services/Banking or Regulatory data experience. * Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, decisioning, CDPs, privacy requirements, and customer 360 / identity strategies. ## Description At Citizens, we are transforming how we use data to deliver relevant, timely, and personalized customer communications at scale. The Martech Platform Data Lead is responsible for defining and orchestrating the data requirements needed to power the organization's marketing communications technology ecosystem. This role partners across Marketing, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to ensure that the customer data utilized by the Martech platforms is accurate, accessible, governed, and optimized for activation across marketing channels. The ideal candidate will help drive data architecture discussions, customer data needs, segmentation & audience data strategy, identity resolution, data governance, and platform integrations in partnership with Technology Services and Enterprise Data & Analytics team members to enable batch and real-time personalized, data-driven customer engagement.
