If you have a heart for helping others and a drive to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team, we want to hear from you! ## Description Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure and Support Specialist with strong Athena EMR experience to independently lead and manage our internal IT operations. This role will serve as the primary and central point of contact for all IT needs across our clinics and management organization, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our technology systems. You'll be the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving issues across our infrastructure, including networks, phone systems, hardware, software platforms, and particularly our Athena EMR system. As the primary IT resource, you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, system support, and ongoing improvements. Your leadership and technical expertise will directly impact the efficiency of our providers and support teams in delivering quality patient care. Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
