KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES * Fluent in data management, harvesting, and analysis. Able to generate reports that transform application data into actionable insights. * Understanding of SQL (Structured Query Language) in ORACLE and/or Microsoft SQL Server 2017+. * Experience with relational database design and Report Development utilizing HTML5, JavaScript, Python, and PHP or other commonly used web development languages. * Strong ability to formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. * Ability to work on most phases of application systems analysis and programming. * Good organizational skills to accurately scope the length and difficulty of tasks and/or projects. Able to set objectives and goals to manage multiple projects simultaneously and use resources effectively and efficiently. * Effective communication skills with ability to communicate patiently, respectfully, and with clarity. Able to give and understand instructions or needs clearly. * Displays a positive outlook, offers assistance and support to co-workers, and collaborates to address inquiries and resolve technical software issues. Works ethically and with integrity. * Provides support in a timely and professional manner and treats others with respect. * Reliable and dependable as a team member and in keeping organizational commitments. ## Description This position will work in the IT department performing both front- and back-end operations on applications, websites, and computer systems. This role develops custom applications as well as manages and supports third-party system interfaces., * Perform system analysis by working with project stakeholders to define the problem using existing business models and data flows to understand the problem domain. * Manage new and existing projects by analyzing the needs of the project and documenting requirements.
