This role also includes analyzing, troubleshooting, supporting and maintaining the organization's xSeries environment (servers and desktops), application, virtualization, cloud, mobile devices and storage environments. In addition, this role provides second and third level support, prioritization, and timely resolution for incidents escalated from other levels of support.
