The role requires prolonged sitting, repetitive hand and wrist movements, frequent visual attention to detailed data, and regular verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting or carrying light office materials may be required. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. ## Description The People Analytics & BI Analyst is a temporary, part-time role responsible for developing and improving Power BI dashboards, reports, and data solutions that support HR decision-making. The role works closely with HRIS, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, organize data from multiple sources, and deliver accurate, accessible, and actionable workforce insights.
