## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent.
 * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite visits.
 * Ability to pass applicable background screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification.
 * Experience in a help desk, customer service, or technical support role.
 * Exposure to:
 * Active Directory
 * Microsoft 365 Administration
 * Networking fundamentals
 * Cybersecurity concepts
 * Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote support tools.
 * Troubleshoot issues related to:
 * Microsoft 365
 * Windows desktops and laptops
 * Printers and peripherals
 * User accounts and passwords
 * Network connectivity
 * Basic server and workstation functionality
 * Create, update, and maintain support tickets within the PSA system.
 * Escalate issues that require advanced technical expertise.
 * Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities.
 * Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
 * Participate in routine maintenance activities and system monitoring.
 * Assist senior engineers with client projects and technology upgrades.
 * Document procedures, solutions, and customer interactions.
 * Travel occasionally to client locations for onsite support and project work.
 * Follow company security policies and industry best practices.
 * Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
