## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
 * 2-3 years of professional or project-based software development experience
 * Solid understanding of at least one programming language, such as:
 + C++
 + C# (.NET)
 + Java
 + Python
 + JavaScript / TypeScript
 * Willingness to learn additional languages/platforms as needed
 * Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (writing queries, joins, basic optimization)
 * Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 * Experience contributing to, or actively using, open-source projects (personal GitHub projects count!)
 * Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
 * Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
 * Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

 * Experience with source code version control systems, including GitHub, for code management, collaboration, and change tracking.

Nice to Have

 * Familiarity with additional languages/platforms such as C++, Go, Ruby, or PHP
 * Exposure to Salesforce platform (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, or Salesforce administration)
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines
 * Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
 * Prior internship or co-op experience in a software engineering role
 * Active contributions to public open-source repositories

## Description

We're looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our Software Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about writing clean code, contributing to open-source projects, and learning modern cloud technologies. You'll work alongside senior engineers on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

 * Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
 * Contribute to and engage with open-source projects and communities
 * Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, reporting, and application logic
 * Assist in deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 * Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members
 * Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the stack
 * Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices
