* 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
 * Strong experience managing SaaS/software implementations.
 * Enterprise application implementation experience.
 * Experience with project planning, RAID logs, status reporting, and project controls.
 * Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
 * Change management experience.
 * Experience working within a PMO / Enterprise Program Office.
 * Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Ability to work onsite in Everett, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday.

## Description

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support our client's Enterprise Program Office on complex technology initiatives, including SaaS/software implementations, CAD/RMS system implementation, and a vanpool software feasibility study and implementation., * Lead end-to-end enterprise IT/software implementation projects.

 * Manage SaaS and enterprise application implementations.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
 * Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
 * Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
 * Prepare executive and stakeholder status reports.
 * Lead project meetings, working sessions, and steering committee discussions.
 * Manage vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.
 * Drive stakeholder communication and change management.
 * Coordinate feasibility studies and implementation activities.
 * Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
 * Ensure projects meet business and technical requirements.
