## Description

Career Employment Service is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I - Core HCM to support and optimize Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) applications for a healthcare organization. This role is responsible for configuring, testing, maintaining, and enhancing Workday functionality while partnering with stakeholders to improve business processes and user experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, enjoys solving complex technical and business challenges, and is passionate about developing training resources that promote user adoption and operational excellence.

Schedule

 * Full-Time
 * Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
 * On-call support as needed

Key Responsibilities

 * Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality, including business processes, security, and tenant configuration
 * Design, test, and implement system enhancements and feature releases
 * Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and other configuration components
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement effective solutions
 * Create training materials and provide end-user support
 * Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing Workday projects
