## About the Role

* Active license: CSAC, CSAC-Supervisee, MSW, MSed, LPC, or LCSW (Virginia)
 * 2 years of experience in addiction counseling, behavioral health, or case management
 * Ability to work both Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Preferred

 * Experience in PHP or IOP level of care
 * Familiarity with co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care
 * Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, * Do you currently hold an active CSAC, MSW, MSed, LPC, or LCSW license in Virginia?
 * Are you available to work on-site both Saturday and Sunday between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM?
 * Do you have at least 1 year of experience in addiction or behavioral health counseling?, * Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

 * Substance Abuse Counselor : 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Certified Substance Abuse Counselor License (Required)
 * CSAC, LCSW, LPC, MSW, MSed (Required)

Ability to Commute:

 * Norfolk, VA 23513 (Required)

## Description

We're hiring a Weekend PHP Counselor to support our Partial Hospitalization Program on Saturdays and Sundays (9 AM-2 PM group hours). This is a great opportunity for licensed professionals who want a consistent weekend role and are passionate about helping others.

What You'll Do

 * Conduct intake assessments and evaluate client needs
 * Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
 * Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
 * Provide case management support including referrals for housing, employment, and legal services
 * Support relapse prevention and discharge planning
 * Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
 * Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care delivery
